1. Services Offered

Breavians provides technology and digital services including web development, mobile application development, influencer marketing, AI/ML solutions, cloud infrastructure & DevOps, and digital marketing & SEO. Detailed scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in specific client proposals or statements of work (SOW).

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full receipt of payment for services rendered, the custom source code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for the client are transferred to the client. Breavians retains ownership of proprietary pre-existing libraries, developer tools, and generic frameworks used across projects.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, assets, approvals, and credentials necessary for project execution. Delays in providing necessary materials may adjust project delivery timelines.

4. Confidentiality & NDA

Both parties agree to protect and treat as confidential all proprietary technical, business, and commercial information shared during the engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Breavians shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
